You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use Allover Egypt Tours only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the vacation.

Once confirmed, you can sit back and relax while we handle all the logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and expert guides. We provide continuous support during your trip in case of any last-minute changes or unexpected issues. To finalize your booking, we will need the information below.
• full names as mentioned in the passports.
• Nationalities. A copy of your passports.
• Arrival & Departure flight details.
• Copy of the payment receipt.
Once we receive the copy of the payment receipt, we will start immediately with your booking process and send you a confirmation email with all details as agreed.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
Allover Egypt Tours accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card Visa, MasterCard or cash upon arrival. A small deposit of the total amount is required for Allover Egypt Tours to reserve space for you, the rest of the payment must be upon arrival.
For group reservations, special payment conditions may apply.
PRICING, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.

14 Days Prior to Departure Date 75% of the Total Price
21 Days Prior to Departure Date 50% of the Total Price
30 Days Prior to Departure Date 25% of the Total Price
40 or More Days Prior to Departure Date 0% of the Total Price
Plus, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights all around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subjected to the fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after the departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.
For tours that include airfare, airfare is entirely non-refundable.
Changing the tour departure date can be applied with extra charges if departing within 30 days.
All cancellations must be made directly with Allover Egypt Tours.
Amendment Fees: for any changes (date, departure location, tour, etc.) made on a reservation after a confirmation e-mail has been sent out, an amendment fee may be applied.
If you would like to add an additional passenger to a reservation after it has been confirmed, we will only charge the difference in rates for the added passenger.
VISAS AND PASSPORTS
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents unless visa service is included in your tour. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. Many nationalities can purchase Visa on Arrival fee is 25 USD in cash.
