Day Trip to Rosetta

Your Allover Egypt tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Alexandria to travel to Rosetta. Start your full-day tour with Rosetta Museum, the museum was built to preserve objects related to the history of Rosetta. While Rosetta is best known as the place where the Rosetta Stone, the key to cracking the hieroglyphic code, was found, the town was also Egypt’s most important port during the 17th and 18th centuries.
Then, move to visit some famous landmarks in Rosetta, Hammam Azoz, Abu Mandour mosque, and Zainab house.
We will visit one of the beautiful houses the house of Al Amasily. Also, on your way, you will visit the archaeological houses & Islamic monuments.
Then we will wonder the city souks and markets. At the end of the tour to the Nile’s mouth to enjoy watching the end of the course of The River Nile ended by the Mediterranean Sea, and ride Felucca at the Nile.
